CAN WE PLAY OUR OWN MUSIC?
Yes, absolutely. The stereo system is Bluetooth and can be connected from your phone.
DO I TIP THE CAPTAIN?
If you had fun and enjoyed your charter, tips are greatly appreciated. We recommend what you would tip at a restaurant.
DO WE HAVE A BATHROOM ON BOARD?
No, please try and use the restroom prior to your charter. We typically are always pretty close to a restaurant or bar if we need to stop somewhere.
DO YOU PROVIDE WATER TOYS, FLOATS, ETC?
We have some pretty awesome water toys, games, and floats.
IF WE HAVE MORE THAN 6 PASSENGERS, DO WE HAVE ANY OPTIONS?
At this time, the maximum capacity is 6 passengers.
ARE THERE ANY SEPARATE COSTS IN ADDITION TO THE ACTUAL CHARTER?
No, there are no hidden costs. Unlike others, we do not charge extra for gas and captains’ fees no matter where we take you.
CAN WE BRING OUR DOG WITH US?
Even though we are dog lovers, no dogs are allowed on the charters.
DO I NEED TO BRING AN ID / DRIVERS LICENSE?
Yes, please. For anyone that would like to drink on our boats, we will be checking identification.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?
At times weather can get very bad in Florida. If it’s nasty outside we will fully refund your charter or re-scheduling can also be an option. If it’s just a rainy day with no strong wind or lightning we can operate as normal.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Customers must notify us directly by phone 24 hours prior to the charter if they need to make changes to or cancel their reservation. Customers that do so within 24 hours’ notice will receive a full refund. (Based on your charter start time and not calendar day)
On occasion, Tampa Bay Marine Group reserves the right to cancel or change tours due to inclement weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances up to 2 hours prior to departure time. Should this happen and you are unable to re-book for another date, you will receive a full refund. No-shows will be charged the full price.
